Gerald R. Clark, CCIM, CBI - Founding/Managing Officer
	Jerry Clark established SealedBid Marketing, Inc. in 1993.  SealedBid specializes in Mergers and Acquisitions of Profitable and Financially Distressed Companies, Succession Planning, Management Buy-Outs and Strategic Acquisition Searches. Prior to founding SealedBid, Jerry served as Sales Center Director at Minneapolis, Cleveland and Washington D.C. for the Resolution Trust Corporation ("RTC"), where he was responsible for the sale of a wide spectrum of businesses, commercial loans and commercial real estate.  One key project included a "hands on" marketing/sales effort of a $2 Billion Dollar portfolio of troubled assets. Prior to working with the RTC, Jerry was repeatedly "Top Salesperson" for a major Midwest business brokerage firm.
Jane Neuharth, CBI - Associate Intermediary

In her Associate Intermediary role at SealedBid, Jane Neuharth works closely with clients and buyers throughout every transaction - - conducting market and industry research pertaining to our clients, constructing offering memorandums, assisting with market development and managing client communications. Jane brings a unique perspective because of her professional background along with her experience working with SealedBid on the sale of her own business.  Prior to joining SealedBid, Jane was a regional vice president for Wisconsins's largest privately owned bank where she developed and led a successful mortgage lending operation and participated in the bank's regional leadership team and commercial lending committee.  In 2001, Jane unexpectedly inherited and became president of a beverage distribution company.  For four years, she worked as both banker and business owner.  She left banking to focus on her business and pepare it for sale.  Following a successful sale in 2007, Jane joined us to work with other sellers and buyers on merger and acquisition transactions.
